1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Web Design and Development Projects

• Cancellations: Customers must notify TMW at least one week in advance to cancel their project. The cancellation will take effect seven calendar days from the date of notification.
• Refunds:
  • 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within the terms.
  • No refund will be issued if significant progress has already been made on the project.
• Hosting Plans: Payments for hosting plans included in the project are non-refundable.

1.2 Chatbots and AI Tools

• Payments for chatbots and AI tools are considered one-time setup fees and are non-refundable, whether the project is completed or in progress.

1.3 Maintenance Plans for Chatbots, AI Tools, and Websites

• Monthly Maintenance Plans: Eligible for cancellation if billed monthly. Customers can stop payments by contacting TMW via email or phone.
• Annual Maintenance Plans: Non-refundable once processed.
• These plans ensure ongoing support, updates, and optimization.

1.4 Hosting and Products Purchased Through TMW Website

• Monthly Hosting Subscriptions: Payments can be canceled by logging into the TMW account and terminating the subscription. No refunds for payments already processed.
• Annual Hosting Plans: Non-refundable once processed.

1.5 NFC Products

• NFC Products (e.g., business cards, stickers) are non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed.

1.6 Online Advertising Services

• Payments for online advertising campaigns and related services are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

2. Privacy Policy

At TMW, we respect and protect your personal data in compliance with Qatar’s Law No. (13) of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy.
